VISITING HOURS

Parents and visitors may meet the In-charges or the Principal from 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on all working days by prior appointment.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

Summer:

Senior Wing : 7:40a.m. to 1:40p.m.

Pre-primary wing : 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.

Winter:

Senior Wing : 8:00a.m. to 2.00p.m.

Pre-primary wing : 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

2nd & 4th Saturdays are off for all Students of the School.

All Saturday are off for Pre-Primary wing.

OFFICE HOURS:

Summer : 8:00a.m. to 2:00 noon (Monday to Saturday)

Winter : 8:30a.m. to 2:30 noon (Monday to Saturday) Office is off for 2nd Saturday

NOTE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Parents/Guardians are requests to co-operate with the School authorities

  • By ensuring that their ward is regular and punctual.
  • By seeing that their ward does his/her home work and lessons regularly.
  • By checking their ward's School Diary and Report book regularly and noting the teacher's remarks. All correspondence should be addressed by the Parents/Guardians to the Principal.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, misconduct or bad moral influence may cause the expulsion of the child from the School.

EAT HEALTHY GROW HEALTHY

Healthy diet is one of the important components in the overall development of a child. It is important that parents provide them support and guidance to facilitate their healthy development. Here are a few suggestions for healthy tiffin-box which parents my follow.

  • Roti +Vegetable + Fruits
  • Sprouts + Vegetable + Fruits
  • Dalia Upma + fruits
  • Moong dal cheela + fruit
  • Stuffed roti (carrot/cabbage/cheese)

All the Fast food and Junk food should be avoided. take proper exercise dally.

Check you weight and height at regular interval of time.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

If you would like to celebrate the birthday of your ward, you are requested to kindly send only toffees. It would be good gesture to contribute one book to the school library ro sapling a plant on your child's birth day. Parents are requested to sent their ward in school uniform and not in the casual dress.

DISCIPLINE

The school emphasises a high standard of discipline and also demands from the students serious application to their studies as well as other pursuits. This also means full co-operation from the parents. It requires their honouring the School rules and regulations themselves, as well as seeing that their ward also does the same.

  • Students must be punctual and regular, dressed in neat, tidy and proper school uniform.
  • We expect our students to stand out by the way they carry themselves, behave and talk, whether among themselves or with the staff members, visitors and outsiders. Any disobedience, misbehaviour, rudeness or use of improper language will be dealt seriously.
  • Any act of omission which may harm the atmosphere in the School or affect its Image will be treated as serious indiscipline.
  • For any act of serious indiscipline, the School reserves its right to expell the student with or without warning.
  • Students should not drive motorised vehicles to and from the School unless they have a valid driving licence and have secured the permission from the School authorities to do so. For last quarter withdrawal of bus facility is not considered.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT SCHOOL

  • Uniform: Parents are requested to ensure uniformity among the students of the school.
  • Books: School Books and Stationery may be purchased from the bookshop, prescribed by the school to maintain uniformity.
  • Canteen: The School canteen provides light refreshments Students are permitted to take refreshments only during recess.
